The Spring-Ford Area School District will be closed Monday, February 23, implementing a flexible instruction day in response to the snow storm. No transportation will be provided to private or charter schools during this closure.
Students will follow a modified schedule, with classes starting at 9:40 a.m. Afternoon kindergarten will commence at 1 p.m. Monday will be Day 3 in the academic cycle.
The school board meeting, originally scheduled for Monday evening, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 25th at 6 p.m. All in-person evening activities will be canceled or postponed during this weather event, which could bring 14 to 20 inches of snow to the Philadelphia area.
