Royersford Commons aims to host a craft show on Saturday, April 25.

Organizers behind a recent pop-up art show at Royersford Commons are now seeking craft vendors for a new event planned for later this spring, building on momentum from a gathering that drew more than 1,000 attendees.

Applications are now open for a tentative craft show scheduled for Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Royersford Commons, located at 616–618 Main Street. Vendor setup would begin at 9 a.m., according to event details shared by organizers.

The event is expected to feature up to 42 vendors, though organizers said it will only move forward if sufficient interest is received. Selected applicants will be contacted with confirmation details and payment instructions after submissions are reviewed.

Vendor spaces will include a provided six-foot table, with a tentative participation fee of $30. Chairs and electricity will not be provided. The event will be open to the public and free to attend.

Building on a Well-Attended Art Show

The vendor call follows a two-day art event held earlier this month that drew significant foot traffic to Royersford Commons and the surrounding downtown area.

According to the property owner, more than 1,000 people attended the event, with several hundred present at peak times. The event also generated $31,000 through art sales and donations, while drawing visitors into nearby restaurants and shops.

Proceeds to Support Community Foundation

All proceeds from vendor booth fees for the upcoming craft show are expected to be donated to the Royersford Community Foundation, a nonprofit that supports local events, civic improvements, and public art initiatives.

Those interested in participating as vendors can apply here.
